RESIDENCY PERMIT IN HUNGARY
According to the new Golden Visa law coming into force on January 1, 2024, applicants can obtain a 10-year, renewable residency in Hungary as guest investors. Hungary is a full member of the European Union, and the 10-year residence permit issued by the Hungarian authorities is valid for the entire Schengen Area.
Applicants have two choices to invest
Invest into a real estate investment fund
Invest a min. €250,000 into a properly licenced real estate investment fund.
Donate to university
Donate EUR 1,000,000 to a higher education institution maintained by a public trust to support educational, scientific research or artistic creation.
