Nauru, the smallest island country in the World, launched a low-cost citizenship by investment program in 2024. The official name of the newest passport scheme is "Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program."
The Nauru passport allows visa-free entry to Hong Kong, Singapore, Ireland, and the UK. The travel document grants visa-free travel to 88 countries. There is no minimum stay requirement; however, visiting the paradise island nation in Oceania is worth visiting.
Nauru was a well-known offshore financial centre, but the country joined the OECD's Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. However, the island nation does not impose corporate, income, capital gains, wealth, or inheritance taxes.
