If someone wants to invest and live in Hungary or in the European Union then the easiest way to obtain a Hungarian residency or EU residency for Schengen countries is participating in the Hungarian Residency Bond System. With the Hungarian Residency Bonds Programme the applicant will have the temporary residency permit in one month and six month after the permanent residency permit.

Buying and renting Property in Hungary

Buying or renting property in Hungary is one of the best investments in Europe. After the global crisis the prices are so low that are simply uncomparable with the prices of other Central-European or Western-European countries. This is also a very good reason to participate in the Hungarian Residency Bond System. The applicants has to have a Hungarian address. This is much more cheaper by renting or buying property in Hungary as in other countries. There are several possibilities from the one flat apartments to the beautiful countryside castles to purchase or buy.
